"I’m building a new game in Unity and need an experienced 3D artist who can jump in and handle the modeling side so I can stay focused on gameplay logic and level design. The core tasks revolve around creating clean, optimized assets that slot straight into a Unity-based workflow—nothing overly cinematic, just smartly-textured meshes that keep draw calls low and performance solid on mid-range hardware.

Here’s what I’d like to receive from you:
• Game-ready 3D models in FBX or OBJ format
• PBR textures (Albedo, Normal, Roughness/Metallic) at 2K or 4K depending on asset size
• Proper pivot placement and naming conventions for immediate import into Unity
• Simple LODs where it makes sense (LOD0, LOD1)
• A quick test scene or prefab to confirm the assets light correctly inside Unity’s URP

I already have concept sketches and reference boards ready, so you’ll never be working blind.
