Shopper app
• Product search and listing must be slick and fast.
• Real-time order tracking keeps customers in the loop.
• A secure payment gateway (Stripe, Razorpay, or a comparable SDK) is essential.
• Include a simple, shareable referral flow to fuel organic growth.

Delivery-boy app
• Orders should auto-assign with push notifications.
• Built-in route optimization—Google Maps SDK or similar—to cut delivery times.
• One-tap delivery confirmation that syncs immediately with shoppers and admin.

Admin side
A mobile or web admin interface is acceptable as long as it lets me add products, monitor live orders, and track riders with minimal clicks.

Architecture & tools
I’m happy with Flutter, React Native, or truly native builds; just outline your preferred stack and why. Code must be clean, documented, and version-controlled.
