"I’m putting together a visually striking creative portfolio and I’d like one person to handle both the UI/UX design and the front-end build so the flow from concept to code stays seamless. The site must feel at home on desktop, tablet, and mobile, adapting fluidly without losing any of its character along the way.

• Experience & Education (plus room for a few “other” highlights I may add later)

I already have rough content and a mood board; what I’m missing is an intuitive layout, thoughtful micro-interactions, and clean, maintainable code. A quick Figma or Adobe XD draft for approval is essential before you jump into HTML, CSS, and the JavaScript framework of your choice (React, Vue, or plain vanilla if you prefer).
