"I'm looking for a professional app developer to build a team management app/Portal. The app/Portal will be built with React as the front end and MongoDB as the backend, hosted on AWS.

Key Features:
- Task Assignment: The core functionality of the app will be assigning tasks to my team members.
- Detailed Task Management: The app needs to be able to handle tasks with priorities and deadlines.

1,Mentor, Mentee -- are both Users with some Differentiator as User Type.
2, Learning, Skills, Tasks, Related Mentors/Mentee as child Objects that can be tagged to Users
3. Ability to assing the child objects to Users , as Taks and Skills
4. Emails on Demand or on Task Assignments

Notifications:
- Email Alerts: Team members should receive task notifications via email.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in React and MongoDB
- Experience with AWS hosting
- Prior experience in developing task management apps would be a plus.
