Core objectives
• Set up and configure WordPress + WooCommerce, including security hardening and performance plugins.
• Create an intuitive product catalog that supports variants, detailed spec sheets, and bulk-price tiers.
• Implement a streamlined shopping cart and checkout flow with PayPal as the primary gateway (no other processors required at this stage).
• Apply a clean design that feels modern and trustworthy—responsive on desktop and mobile.
• Add essential legal pages (T&C, privacy, research-only disclaimer).
• Hand off with clear documentation so I can add new SKUs, coupons, and blog posts myself.

Acceptance criteria
1. Store loads in under 3 seconds on GTmetrix or similar.
2. Test order using PayPal sandbox completes without errors.
3. All catalog pages, cart, and checkout display flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, and Edge, both mobile and desktop.
4. Admin guide (PDF or short Loom walkthrough) shows how to add a product and process a refund.
