Your task is to walk through every core flow as a real user would and tell me, in plain language, where the experience stumbles: confusing navigation, unclear copy, awkward gestures, unnecessary taps—anything that slows a user down or makes them hesitate.

Because this is strictly a usability review, I am not looking for deep-dive performance metrics or code-level bug hunts. What I do need is a concise, actionable package delivered fast:

• A screen-by-screen walkthrough (video or annotated screenshots) that shows exactly where friction occurs.
• A short findings report summarising pain points, their impact on user satisfaction, and quick-win recommendations.
• A priority list so I can tackle the worst offenders first.
