"I’m ready to launch my personal portfolio and I want it to stand out with a bold, creative look. The site must be a true portfolio—clean code, smooth interactions, and responsive on every device—but for this first release there’s only one essential section: a working Contact Form that lets visitors reach me directly.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Design and develop a visually creative portfolio site (no minimalist templates).
• Code it with semantic HTML5, CSS3 and either vanilla JavaScript or a lightweight framework you’re fastest with.
• Ensure full responsiveness across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Deploy it to my cPanel hosting and send me a zipped copy of the source files once live.

Copy and images will come from me; you handle layout, styling, form setup and deployment. If you want to leave placeholders for future About Me or Gallery pages, that’s fine, but they’re not required for this milestone.
