"I run the content site JustNFO and need an internal tool to turn user-submitted article ideas into AI-generated drafts for my editorial team.

Phase 1 Requirements:

Users can register/login and submit ideas with optional external reference links.

OpenAI GPT generates draft articles with proper headings, meta info, and clean SEO-friendly HTML.

External links are contextually integrated, with a toggle to include/exclude before saving.

Admin dashboard allows review, edits, link approval/rejection, and content approval. No auto-publishing.

Drafts can be exported as clean HTML or Markdown for CMS import.

Deliverables:

Source-controlled codebase (Git) with setup instructions.

Deployed web app on my cloud host.

Testing report showing draft generation, link toggle, and moderation dashboard working.

Documentation for API keys, model parameters, and hooks for future expansion.
