Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Mobile Developer (or small agency) to build the MVP of a B2B SaaS application focused on sports team management and internal communication.

The core value of the app relies on privacy-first communication, AI-moderated feedback, and anonymous gamification between a Coach (Admin) and Players (Users).

IMPORTANT: This is a confidential project. The details below are a technical summary. Selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving the full Product Requirements Document (PRD) and business logic.

1. Tech Stack (Non-negotiable)

Frontend: React Native with Expo (Must support iOS & Android deployment).

Backend & Database: Supabase (Auth, PostgreSQL, Realtime subscriptions, Edge Functions).

AI Integration: OpenAI API (gpt-4o-mini).

UI: Dark Mode aesthetic (Implementation of provided wireframes/design concepts).

2. Key Features Scope (MVP)

A. User Roles & Auth

Admin App: Email/Password login. Dashboard view to manage the team.

User App: No-login experience. Authentication via unique Invite Links + Device Fingerprinting (to prevent duplicate accounts without requiring email registration).

B. AI Text Processing Middleware (The Core)

User inputs anonymous text -> System sends to OpenAI with specific system prompts (to filter toxicity) -> System stores processed output in DB -> Admin views the processed result.

Kanban-style Dashboard: For the Admin to manage incoming tickets.

Poll Conversion: Admin can convert a user proposal into a "Yes/No" poll for the whole team to vote on.

C. Tactical Quizzes & Knowledge Checks (Anonymous)

Admin: Can create simple multiple-choice quizzes (A/B/C) to verify team knowledge.

User: Answers the quiz via the app.

Result: Admin views ONLY aggregated statistics (e.g., "60% of the team failed Question 2"). The Admin must NEVER be able to see which specific user gave which answer.

D. Peer Voting System (Anonymous Gamification)

Logic for users to vote for other members based on specific performance categories (e.g., MVP, Most Improved).

Algorithm: Backend logic to calculate results and ensure distributed winners.

Anonymity: Votes are strictly anonymous. The Admin sees the final count, but never who voted for whom.

3. Privacy & Security Constraints (Crucial)

Privacy by Design: The architecture must ensure that the Admin UI cannot trace specific feedback, quiz answers, or votes back to a specific user_id.

While the database may track uniqueness to prevent double-voting, the presentation layer for the Admin must be completely anonymized.

4. Deliverables

Fully functional Source Code (GitHub/GitLab).

Deployment to TestFlight (iOS) and Internal Testing (Android).

Basic documentation for API/Supabase setup.
