"I already have a working Windows executable and its accompanying configuration and resource files. What I need now is a clean, professional-looking installer built with Inno Setup that bundles only these application files—no extra documentation or licence screens.

The installer should:
• copy the executable, configuration, and resource files to a user-selectable folder (defaulting to Program Files)
• create a single Desktop shortcut that points to the main .exe
• register an uninstaller entry so the app can be removed through “Add or Remove Programs”

Please deliver both the compiled .exe installer and the .iss script so I can re-build it later if the application changes. Once delivered, I’ll test it on a fresh Windows 10/11 VM; the job is complete when the installer runs silently without warnings and the installed app launches correctly from the Desktop icon."
