"JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Marketing Specialist – IT Consulting Firm

Position Overview:
A fast-growing B2B technology consulting firm, seeks a results-obsessed Business Marketing Specialist to own our customer acquisition strategy. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can deliver exceptional results with limited resources and wants to grow with an innovative technology business.

The Opportunity:
• Hours: Part-Time (20-30 hours/month) to start with growth potential
• Location: Remote (Global)
• Growth Potential: Performance-based bonuses and increased budget as you prove ROI

Your Mission:
Generate 5+ qualified B2B leads monthly with a $500 advertising budget, targeting healthcare, nonprofit, and mid-market technology buyers for our VoIP, ISP, and networking solutions.

Week 1-30 Deliverables:
• Complete website audit and optimization recommendations
• Develop keyword strategy for Google Ads
• Create advertising copy for 3-5 campaign variants
• Audit email campaigns and lead funnel systems
• Launch initial Google Ads or LinkedIn campaigns
• Set up comprehensive analytics tracking

Core Responsibilities:
1. Paid Advertising (40% of time)
o Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns hands-on
o Optimize for less than $100 cost per qualified lead
o A/B test ad copy and landing pages
o Track and improve ROAS weekly
2. Analytics & Reporting (25% of time)
o Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
o Track CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
o Identify optimization opportunities to reduce costs
3. Content & Creative (20% of time)
o Leverage AI to write compelling ad copy for different buyer personas
o Create/tweak landing pages that convert at 2-5%
o Develop case studies from our customer success stories
4. Marketing Operations (15% of time)
o Manage HubSpot workflows and automation
o Coordinate with SEO team on content strategy
o Collaborate with web developer on conversion optimization

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Proven B2B marketing experience with demonstrable results
• Hands-on Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads experience with limited budgets (Less than $2k/month)
• HubSpot proficiency (certification preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to calculate and improve ROI
• Excellent English or Spanish communication (weekly meetings required)
• Self-starter mentality - you work independently with minimal supervision
• AI-savvy - you know how to leverage AI tools to generate high value SEO content and for efficiency

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Healthcare or nonprofit marketing experience
• Technology/telecom industry knowledge
• Account-Based Marketing experience
• Startup/bootstrap marketing experience
• Experience scaling campaigns from $500 to $5,000+/month
