"I have a web application that is already complete and finished. I need help preparing and publishing it to Google Play Store as an Android application using WebView. No complex programming is required, just create the Android wrapper, configure everything correctly, and upload it to the store.

What I need the freelancer to do:

- Create a simple Android app that displays my web application inside a WebView.
- Configure the package, app name, icon, basic permissions (for example, Internet access) and necessary screens to comply with Google Play policies.
- Prepare all necessary resources for publication (screenshots, APK/AAB signature, etc.), using content from my web app.
- Guide me or take charge of the entire upload and publication process on Google Play Store until the app is visible.

Important details:
