"I am planning to launch a dedicated social-media application built exclusively for Android. The project is a full mobile build—from clean architecture and UI/UX through to a stable, production-ready APK and source code.

Core idea
The app should let users create an account, post text or images, interact with other users’ posts, and receive real-time notifications. A familiar scrolling feed, user profiles, basic chat, and a lightweight media uploader will cover the first release.

What I need from you
• A native Android approach (Kotlin or Java) is preferred, though I am open to frameworks such as React Native or Flutter if you can demonstrate equal performance and smooth material-style animations.
• Secure sign-in (email, Google, or phone number), cloud-hosted database, and scalable backend endpoints—Firebase is fine, but feel free to recommend alternatives.
• Clean, well-commented code plus brief documentation so my in-house team can maintain it after hand-off. An installable APK and full source repository complete the deliverable.

Acceptance criteria
1. App installs on Android 8.0+ with no critical crashes during basic user flows (sign-up, create post, like/comment, log out).
2. UI matches the agreed mock-ups at 90 % pixel accuracy across common screen sizes.
3. Source compiles with a single documented command and passes lint and unit tests you provide.
4. All third-party libraries are licensed for commercial use and listed in the README.
