"I need a dedicated desktop application that lets me stay on top of every customer’s installment plan without juggling spreadsheets. The program must let me create flexible payment schedules, track each installment as it comes in, and automatically send reminder notifications when a due date is approaching or has slipped. A quick-view dashboard showing overdue, upcoming, and fully paid plans will help me act fast on any account that needs attention.

Please build it as a standalone desktop solution—no web log-ins—so it runs smoothly on office PCs even when the internet is down. I’m open to the language or framework you prefer, provided the final installer is trouble-free and the interface is clean and intuitive.

Deliverable acceptance will be straightforward: once I can generate a schedule for a new customer, watch the balance update with each payment, and see reminders fire on cue, we can wrap up. Source code and basic setup documentation should be included so I can maintain the system internally afterward.
