Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to build Phase 1 of a parcel forwarding platform.

This phase focuses on delivering a production-ready core platform with a clean, professional user experience and essential operational features. All features listed for Phase 1 must be completed within this phase.

We are looking for:

A clean, modern, premium visual style

Simple and intuitive navigation

Clear pricing and calls to action

Fully responsive layouts across desktop and mobile

Phase 1 – Core Customer Features
WordPress website built using a custom theme or a clean, optimised builder setup

Secure user registration and login

Customer dashboard

Unique customer address assignment

Basic parcel and order history

Parcel status tracking (admin-managed)

Shipping cost calculator using admin-managed rate tables

Online payments (Stripe or PayPal – one provider for this phase)

Automated email notifications for parcel status updates

Contact and support page

Phase 1 – Admin Features
Simple admin parcel management

Manual parcel creation and status updates

Order management

Ability to update shipping costs and rate tables

Automated email notifications triggered by status changes

Additional Pages (Included in This Phase)
During this phase, additional standard content pages may be required.
The developer must be flexible and able to add new pages within the agreed design system and structure, without requiring significant rework or a rebuild.

Out of Scope for This Phase
To keep scope controlled, the following are not required in this phase:

Live courier API integrations (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS)

Barcode scanning or warehouse automation

SMS or push notifications

Advanced pricing calculators or multi-currency support
