"I’m taking a new line of rugby jerseys from concept to production and need a complete, manufacturer-ready tech pack to hand off to my factory. The look is firmly modern, so everything—from panel breaks to trim placement—should reflect current performance-wear aesthetics rather than traditional or abstract styles.

Here’s what must be included:
• Design sketches: clear front, back, and side views that highlight all seams, panels, and embellishments.
• Measurements & dimensions: graded specs for the full size range, plus tolerance tables.
• Fabric & material details: recommended performance knits, collar and cuff finishes, stitching types, and any specialty trims, all called out with weight, composition, and supplier codes if possible.
• Multiple colorways: at least three distinct palettes presented with Pantone references and labeled artwork layers so my production team can swap hues easily.

Deliverables will be the layered source files (AI or PSD), a print-ready PDF of the full tech pack, and any supporting call-out sheets. Once I review and sign off, a final pass for minor tweaks may be needed to align with factory feedback.
