"I’m ready to move from concept to launch on a complete student-rental platform that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The system revolves around three distinct roles—Student, Owner, and Admin—so solid, role-based access control is essential.

Here’s the core vision:
• Students browse, filter and book available rooms or apartments, message the Owner in-app, and store their agreement details in one place.
• Owners publish new listings, update availability, respond to messages, and confirm payments from their side of the app.
• Admins oversee everything—user accounts, listings, bookings, payment disputes, plus high-level reports that show occupancy trends and revenue summaries.

I’ll need:
1. Intuitive UI/UX design rooted in common rental-market patterns.
2. Cross-platform mobile development (Flutter, React Native or comparable) tied to a scalable backend with REST or GraphQL APIs.
3. Secure email / social login, push notifications, and an integrated payment gateway.
4. A lightweight web portal or built-in module so Admins can manage data without touching code.
5. Full source code, build instructions, basic test coverage, and deployment support right through to App Store & Google Play approval.
