- Time Commitment: Weekly project review meeting (1-2 hours)

- Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to serve as Project Person-in-Charge (PIC) for our freelance frontend development team. Your primary responsibility will be conducting one weekly meeting (maximum 2 hours) to review project progress completed by our freelance developers.

- Key Responsibilities
Weekly Project Review

Conduct one 1-2 hour meeting each week to discuss project progress
Provide feedback on work completed by our frontend developers
Address questions, challenges, and obstacles faced by the development team
Approve completed work and set expectations for the following week

- Quality Oversight
Ensure projects meet requirements and technical standards
Identify potential issues early and provide solutions
Deliver constructive feedback to maintain project quality

- Communication
Report project status and progress to company management
Escalate any significant issues or delays


Core Duties
