"need to develop an online pledge system with certificates download option. that is tailored to awareness. The pledge and certificate system should have the feature of personalization for users. It needs to be developed on a web application. User will enter his basic details and verify through mobile & email OTP then he will take online pledge after selecting english or hindi lanuage option. on pledge page it will be running text with audio on it. user will give his consent by checking box. after taking pledge user will be able to download his certificate. he should be able to download his certificate later also using his login credentials. we require system like example link:

Online pledge will be in hindi & English and admin can check submissions through admin panel with selected filters and export the required insights / reports. Design should be responsive and mobile friendly and admin can change the form content, pledge content and certificate through admin panel.
