"I would like to launch the very first, stripped-down version of a Talpat-like application. For this milestone the single focus is user-generated content posting: people must be able to upload an image and let others comment on it. No video, no advanced editing, no tagging—just a clean public feed of images and a comment thread under each one.

Any modern stack is acceptable—React Native + Firebase, Flutter + Supabase, or a straightforward web SPA backed by Node/Express and S3—provided the code is well-structured and documented so it can grow later when I decide to add browsing, registration, or editing tools.

Deliverables
• Responsive front end that shows the image feed and a simple screen/modal for posting an image
• Back-end or cloud functions to accept, store, and serve uploads with basic metadata
• Commenting system tied to each image, including simple delete/report moderation

Acceptance criteria
• Feed loads in under two seconds on 4G
• Images and comments persist across sessions
• Newly added comments appear instantly without a page refresh
