"I need a single web platform that does two things equally well:

1) sells digital PTE, IELTS, Duolingo etc test-booking vouchers, and
2) guides students through their study-abroad journey with clear, up-to-date information on courses, universities, visas, and application timelines.

Voucher sales
• Instant digital delivery of unique voucher codes once payment is confirmed.
• Secure payment gateway integration (Bank Transfer, cards, net-banking, UPI, wallets).
• Discount logic, bulk-buy pricing for agents/training centers(resellers), automated invoicing, and basic wallet/refund handling.

User hierarchy
The site must support distinct dashboards and permissions for Admin, Customer, Agent / Training-Center Reseller, Management, Customer Support, and Finance Management. Each role should see only the tools they need—stock levels for resellers, sales analytics for finance, content controls for admins, ticket history for support, etc.

Study-abroad content
A CMS area where my team can publish country guides, university profiles, blog posts, and lead-capture forms for counselling sessions. SEO-friendly URLs and fast page loads are essential.

Tech expectations
Responsive design, HTTPS everywhere, role-based access control, activity logs, and a clean REST/GraphQL API so we can later connect to a mobile app. WordPress (with WooCommerce), Laravel, Django, or another mainstream stack is fine as long as code is clean and expandable.
