"I need a web-based platform that centralises and automates customer-review collection, routing, and analysis for multiple businesses.

Core workflow
• Customers scan a unique QR code that is automatically generated for each business.
• They leave a 1–5 star rating on a branded landing page.
• Ratings 1–3 stay private inside the platform; I receive the full details instantly by both email and SMS.
• Ratings 4–5 push the customer straight to the business’s public Google Reviews page.

Dashboard & analytics
Inside a single dashboard I want clear monthly snapshots showing the total number of reviews, average rating, and customer-feedback trends. Any additional high-level insight you can surface (e.g., month-over-month comparison) is a plus.

CRM & messaging automation
The platform has to plug into popular CRMs—Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and any others reachable through Zapier—to pull customer lists. From there it should send personalised email and/or text invitations with each customer’s direct review link. Please factor in templating, scheduling, and basic unsubscribe handling.

Technical notes
• Feel free to choose the stack, but I am comfortable with modern tools such as React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Twilio, SendGrid, Google Maps / Places API, and Zapier Webhooks.
• The QR generator must output high-resolution PNG and SVG.
• A simple role-based admin system is required so I can add businesses, see their metrics, and export data.

Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive web app deployed to a cloud host (AWS, GCP, or similar) with SSL.
2. Working QR → landing page flow with the smart routing logic.
3. Real-time alerts via both email and SMS for 1–3 star submissions.
4. Dashboard reflecting imported CRM data and live reviews with the stated metrics.
5. One-click CRM connection for Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, plus a Zapier catch-all option.
6. Clean, commented source code in a private Git repo and a short setup/readme so I can redeploy if needed.
