"I want to launch a lean, ultra-clean website that makes it easy for visitors to browse articles and download supporting files. The build is an MVP, so every element should stay focused on clarity and speed.

Scope in a nutshell
• Public-facing homepage that introduces the project in a streamlined, minimalist layout.
• Structured resource section with categories and dedicated article pages; each page may host PDF or DOCX downloads.
• No user login or user accounts. All content should be publicly accessible.
• Simple, secure admin area where I can add or edit text, create new categories, add posts, and upload files (PDF and Word versions of each document) without touching code.

I’m flexible on the stack: Webflow, Ghost, Notion-based, or an equally lightweight custom setup all work for me, but WordPress is out. Suggest the platform you feel delivers the cleanest UI, fastest load times, and easiest handoff.

Outside the brief
No payment processing, user accounts, mobile app, AI features, or ongoing maintenance contracts. Just a fixed-scope build delivered in 3–5 weeks, followed by full transfer of code, content, IP, and a short set of onboarding notes so I can run the site solo.
