The website has to reflect a premium advisory firm with a productized consulting approach, using a clean, modern, and professional design suitable. The website already exists. This is a redesign and restructuring, not a rebuild from scratch.

2. Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
• Platform: WordPress
• Page Builder: Elementor (Free version only)
• Do not use Elementor Pro or paid plugins without prior approval.
• Reuse existing pages where possible, redesign layouts and content.
• Ensure the site is fast, responsive, and lightweight.
• AISEO and SEO-friendly structure (clean URLs, heading hierarchy).

3. Homepage / Landing Page Redesign

Homepage must include:
• A hero section with:
o Background video or embedded video section
o Strong headlines and sub-headline (content provided by client)
• Use, motion graphics, icons, and visual blocks where appropriate
(Subtle and professional — not flashy)

• Clear call-to-action buttons (e.g. “Explore Capabilities”, “Work With Us”)

4. Mega Menu Implementation (Critical)
