Scope
• Full web development from layout to deployment, focused on a corporate look and smooth navigation.
• Build a testimonial module (slider, grid, or another elegant presentation you recommend) that I can easily update from an admin area.
• The usual pages—home, services, about us, contact—are expected, but I do not need an e-commerce cart or a blog at this stage.

Tech stack is flexible, though I lean toward widely supported options such as WordPress, Laravel, or similar PHP frameworks for ease of maintenance. If you prefer another stack, let me know why it’s the better fit.
