"I want to launch a complete food-delivery experience that works flawlessly on both the web and iOS/Android. On the website side, diners must be able to browse menus, place orders online, leave ratings and reviews, and track their driver in real time. The companion mobile app should mirror that flow while adding native essentials such as push notifications for order status, secure in-app payments, and GPS location tracking for live driver positioning.

Core scope
• Responsive website with an intuitive online ordering system, review module, and order-to-door tracking map
• Native mobile apps (or a robust cross-platform build) featuring push notifications, card-wallet payments, and background GPS updates
• Shared backend (API, database, auth) so users can switch between web and phone without losing their cart or history
• Driver and restaurant dashboards are welcome if you have a ready framework, though not mandatory

Tech is flexible—React / React Native, Flutter, or a proven alternative is fine as long as performance and scalability stay top priority. I’ll provide branding assets; you’ll handle architecture, clean UI/UX, testing, and deployment to my domain plus the App Store and Google Play.

Deliverables considered complete when:
1. A user can register, browse, order, pay, and receive live updates on both channels.
2. Ratings submit successfully and display instantly.
3. Tracking pings refresh in real time with accurate driver ETAs.
4. Apps pass store reviews and the website performs smoothly on mobile and desktop.
