"I need a seasoned coder to turn my idea for a student-focused mobile app into a polished, ready-to-publish product. The single, clear purpose of the app is to give learners friction-free access to curated video lectures, so every design and code decision should keep that experience lightning-fast and distraction-free.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• Platforms: iOS and Android, delivered either natively or with a proven cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—whichever you’re most efficient with while still ensuring smooth video playback.

• Core experience: organised subject tiles, quick search, a simple playlist/bookmark system, and dependable streaming with an option to download individual lectures for offline study.

• Admin needs: an upload/dashboard area (web or lightweight in-app screen) where I can add, tag, and reorder videos without touching the codebase. A small, well-documented API layer is fine if that keeps the architecture clean.

• Must-haves: modern UI/UX, secure user authentication, push notifications for new lecture drops, and clear error handling around connectivity.

• Deliverables: complete source code, build/run instructions, a brief hand-off call or video, and 30-day post-launch bug support.
