"The project is to design and develop a complete management system that powers my online school across Web, iOS and Android. The platform must let Admins, Teachers and Students each sign in to tailored dashboards and carry out their day-to-day tasks smoothly.

Core workflow
• Student registration and profile management flow that handles sign-up, payment confirmation and ongoing record updates.
• Course creation tools for Teachers and Admins—syllabus builder, lesson uploads (video, PDF, quizzes) and scheduling.
• Real-time progress tracking with visual reports so learners see their completion rate while teachers and admins monitor class-wide metrics.

Technology guidance
I’m happy with any modern full-stack approach—REST or GraphQL API, a responsive web front-end (React, Vue or similar), and a unified codebase for the iOS and Android apps (Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin if you prefer). Stable authentication with role-based access, a relational database such as PostgreSQL and clean, modular code are critical. Please include automated testing and straightforward deployment scripts (Docker or CI/CD pipeline).
