"I want to create an online space where members of my community can freely trade digital resources with one another. The goal is a true service-exchange environment: instead of money changing hands, users will upload a file they own and, in return, gain access to files contributed by others.

Here’s the core of what I need: a straightforward web application (a custom build or a well-configured open-source script is fine) that lets people register, list their digital assets, set basic usage permissions, and download items shared by others. A clean dashboard, search and filtering, simple contribution tracking, and basic moderation tools should be included so the exchange stays organized and fair.

Please structure the project so I receive:
• A working, browser-based MVP hosted on my server or a free cloud instance
• Source code with clear setup instructions
• Brief user and admin guides so I can maintain the site on my own
