"I need a partner who can both set up a WooCommerce-based e-commerce site and handle the Android side of the project by publishing the companion app through an existing Google Play Console account you are willing to rent out to me.

Scope of work
• WooCommerce: Install, configure, and customise a new store, including theme setup, essential plugins, payment gateway integration, and basic on-page SEO.
• Android app: Build (or adapt) a simple storefront app that mirrors the site’s catalogue, supports checkout, and meets Google Play compliance.
• Publishing: Use your Play Console to list the app under my branding. I cover all fees and provide graphics, copy, and the signed APK/AAB; you simply handle submission and any follow-up with Google.

Acceptance criteria
1. WooCommerce store loads cleanly on desktop and mobile, processes test transactions, and ships with clear admin documentation.
2. Android app is live on Google Play and fully linked to the site’s API or WooCommerce REST endpoints.
3. Play Console access is provided for the duration of the listing so I can monitor stats and push updates.
