"I need a single-screen holding page built at short notice so visitors see a polished, modern and minimalist snapshot of our company while the full site is in development.

The page must clearly present three sections—About Us, our Contact Details, and the Services we offer—nothing more, nothing less. All content will be supplied; I simply need you to design and code a responsive layout that looks crisp on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Clean typography, balanced white space and subtle brand-coloured accents will hit the right minimalist tone.

Deliverables
• One responsive HTML/CSS/JS file (no frameworks required unless you prefer a lightweight option)
• Embedded or linked style sheet with easily editable colour and font variables
• Placeholder hero image area (I’ll swap in final artwork)
