"I want to replicate the on-demand flow that makes Uber so easy, but for mobile car-washing. A customer opens the app, sees nearby washers on a live map, chooses a package, types in (or confirms via GPS) the exact address, and instantly receives the total: standard wash fee plus an automatically calculated travel surcharge.

The product needs to ship on both iOS and Android. I’m flexible on whether you build native or with a cross-platform framework—what matters is smooth map rendering, real-time location updates, and a checkout that funnels every payment through YOCO’s SDK so I can accept cards seamlessly in South Africa.

Account creation is kept simple: email and password only. No social log-ins or OTPs for now.

On the business side I need a lightweight but reliable way to:
• match each booking to the service provider who completed it
• view daily summaries that show which washer handled which cars and the commission they’ve earned
• export or sync those figures for payout calculations

Please include in your proposal the tech stack you prefer for:
• geolocation and route distance calculations
• the YOCO payment integration
• real-time provider-to-client communication (push or in-app chat)

I’ll consider the project complete when I can:
1. download both builds, create accounts, request a wash, pay through YOCO, and watch the provider’s live approach;
2. log in to an admin panel (or in-app admin mode) and see that transaction tied to the correct washer with commission automatically calculated.
