"I already know exactly where conversational AI can remove friction in my HVAC & plumbing service company. I develop CustomGPTs all the time for myself and business, however there is too many ideas, I develop myself and I see online, to development myself as a business executive. I love it but don't have the time.

I simply need those ideas turned into clear, reusable custom ChatGPT prompts. The goal is pure business automation.

This will be ongoing, where I will send requests, you create, we review and I release milestone payment Each custom GPT will be a milestone

Here’s what the finished work should include:

• To start, least 5 to 10 custom prompt templates (each a milestone), each tagged by use-case (Scheduling & Reminders, Data Analysis & Reporting, or Business-Improvement).
• Each prompt written so I can copy-paste it straight into ChatGPT, with placeholder brackets where inputs are needed (dates, customer name, job ticket number, etc.).
• A one-line “why it works” note under every prompt so my staff understand the logic.
• Delivery in a single MS Word so we can comment and tweak together.

I will provide ideas/themes for each prompt, often being from YouTube videos by AI experts promoting business automation. I have many custom GPTs I have developed myself but do not have time for all I see out there. Too many great ideas and I have a business to run.
