Project description:
"We are starting a new Etsy shop selling digital products (kids & parenting charts, productivity planners, student planners, and simple business planners). We need a long‑term freelance virtual assistant who can help with:

- Product research on Etsy
- Simple design in Canva (using templates)
- Uploading and optimizing Etsy listings

Full training, SOPs, and examples will be provided. This is ideal for someone who is organized, honest, and comfortable learning new tools.

**Main tasks:**
- Use our Etsy research tool (eRank / Alura / EverBee / EtsyHunt – we provide access) to:
- Find product ideas and keywords in kids/parenting, productivity, students, and small business niches.
- Note search volume, competition and best‑selling styles.
- Use Canva Pro (access provided if needed) to:
- Create simple planners, charts and worksheets from given outlines.
- Create mockup images for Etsy listings (tablet, print, desk scenes).
- Upload products on Etsy:
- Add titles, descriptions, tags and images (using our SOPs and keyword tool).
- Categorize correctly and attach digital files.
- Optional (nice to have):
- Schedule basic Instagram / Pinterest posts using a content scheduler.

**Requirements:**
- Good experience with Canva (editing templates, working with text and elements).
- Basic understanding of Etsy or any ecommerce platform is a plus (not mandatory if you learn quickly).
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet and your own computer.
- Available 10–20 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for text drafts and ideas.

**How we will work:**
- We provide: SOPs, sample products, design briefs, tool access.
- You provide: weekly output (number of researched ideas, finished designs, and live listings).
- We start with a **paid test task** (3–5 products + listings). If quality and communication are good, we continue long term.

**Payment:**
Please reply with:
- Your proposed **hourly rate** OR **rate per finished product** (design + listing).
- How many hours per week you can work.
- 2–3 examples/screenshots of Canva designs you have made (any niche).
- Any experience with Etsy or other marketplaces (if allowed to share).

**Important notes (safety & IP):**
- You will sign a simple freelance agreement and NDA before long‑term work.
- All designs, files, and content you create for us will be our property and cannot be reused or resold.
- You will NOT have access to our bank accounts; access will be limited to Etsy, Canva, email, and social media as required.
