Project description:
"We are launching a high-impact, 1-month "New Year Career Accelerator" workshop designed to take university students from beginners to career-ready. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced freelance instructor who can deliver engaging live sessions covering both technical foundations and crucial soft skills.
The Goal: To equip 120 students (in 2 batches) with the skills to build a technical project and market themselves professionally by the end of the month.

What You Will Be Teaching: This is a hybrid role requiring expertise in two distinct areas:
Technical Foundations (Weeks 1-3):
Python Programming Basics.
Web Development Fundamentals.

Guiding students through hands-on mini-projects.

Career Accelerator (Week 4):
Resume Building (ATS optimization, structuring technical projects).
LinkedIn Growth Strategies (Profile optimization, content creation, networking).

Responsibilities:
Conducting live 2-hour Zoom/Meet sessions, 5 days a week for 4 weeks.
Following our structured curriculum roadmap while adding your own practical insights.
Mentoring students through assignments and a final capstone project.
Keeping engagement high (we are running a competition with a cash prize for the top student).

Requirements:
Proven experience teaching or mentoring in Python and basic Full Stack Web Development.
Strong personal understanding of modern job hunting, resume crafting, and personal branding on LinkedIn (essential).
High energy, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Available for 2 hours/day (Mon-Fri) in full January
