"I need a multi-tenant SaaS omni-channel messaging platform designed with a modular, connector-based architecture.

The system must aggregate conversations from:
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API – official)
- Web live chat (custom JS widget)
- Telegram Bot API
- Facebook Messenger
- Instagram Direct Messages

Each channel should be implemented as an independent adapter feeding a unified conversation and message domain model.

Core requirements:
- Secure multi-tenant architecture with strict tenant data isolation
- Unified inbox with real-time updates (WebSockets or equivalent)
- AI integration using external LLM/NLP services for:
- Intent detection
- Automated and suggested replies
- Sentiment analysis with escalation triggers
- Rule-based + AI-based routing to human agents
- Two-way integration with an existing ticketing system using REST APIs and/or webhooks
- Full message lifecycle handling (delivery, read status where supported)

The platform should be containerized (Docker) and production-ready, with clear deployment and configuration documentation.
