"Our city-wide scooter-sharing service is ready to leave the lab and hit the streets, and the missing piece is a production-grade mobile experience paired with a powerful back-office panel. The scooters themselves run on Omni hardware and speak over a raw TCP protocol, so fluent, battle-tested knowledge of Omni’s SDK, sockets, and low-latency event handling is essential.

Scope
• Universal mobile build: one codebase deployed natively to both iOS and Android.
• Rider features: secure sign-up/login, a local in-app wallet with top-up, ride start/stop, live balance, and a clean ride-history dashboard with basic analytics.
• Admin web console: fleet overview, user management, payment reconciliation, and real-time device health pulled directly from each scooter via the TCP channel.
• Local payment gateway integration (full checkout, refunds, and webhook handling).
• OTA firmware push and remote lock/unlock commands routed through Omni’s gateway.

Acceptance criteria
1. Seamless device handshake: scooter unlock in ≤2 s over 4G.
2. Wallet debits/credits fully synced to the gateway and reflected in the admin ledger without mismatch.
3. Test flight builds for iOS and Android plus a Dockerized admin panel delivered for UAT.
4. Complete source code, build scripts, and brief hand-off documentation.
