"I need a developer to build a comprehensive owner- and admin-side dashboard for an accommodation rental site (group escape houses). The system must include owner account registration and login, membership payment/subscription handling with automated invoicing and confirmation emails, and a self-service owner dashboard where property owners can create, edit and manage multiple property listings (including description, photos, facilities, pricing), control availability via a calendar (mark dates available/unavailable, manage late-availability offers), and view inquiries and listing statistics. The backend must integrate with the existing CRM to ensure registrations and enquiries flow into the central database and get routed to the correct property owner. Admin-side controls are required for approving and managing listings. The solution must support secure data handling and GDPR compliance, and be built on the current website backend (using the “Orchards” platform or equivalent)." (client-provided description)
