Core requirements
• A single-page (or concise multi-page) layout that loads in under 2 seconds on 4G, scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile, and clearly highlights project location, USPs, floor plans and pricing.
• Conversion-focused sections: sticky CTA buttons, countdown or scarcity prompts, and an above-the-fold enquiry form that feeds directly into email and WhatsApp.
• ChatGPT-powered chatbot embedded site-wide, able to qualify prospects and capture phone, email and budget before handing over.
• Tracking & marketing readiness: GA4, Meta Pixel, event tags for every form submission and chatbot interaction.
• Automated lead flow: push all captured data to email and WhatsApp instantly; I’m open to whichever CRM plug-in you recommend that can be wired in under the same timeline.
• SSL, on-page SEO basics, and a simple back-end interface so my marketing team can tweak copy and images without code.

Timeline & hand-off
The site must be live within 1–2 days of project start, including basic QA on mobile, tablet and desktop.
