"Formidable Forms – Auto-Populate Lookup & Filter View from URL Parameter (XML Edit)

**Description:**
I need a Formidable Forms expert to finalise a connection between three forms on my WordPress site.

**Current setup:**

* **Form A** and **Form B** collect initial data.
* **Form C (Order Form)** should:

* Accept a URL parameter (e.g., `?code=12345`),
* Auto-select the matching entry in a lookup field,
* Auto-fill and save several fields (Name, Premium, Email) from the matched entry,
* Pass the parameter into an embedded View so it only shows the matching record.

I have already:

* Built the forms and lookup fields,
* Linked them to the correct source form,
* Tested with an embedded View,
* Exported Form C as XML (so you can work without live site access).

**What I need from you:**

* Update the Form C XML so:

1. Lookup auto-selects from the `code` parameter,
2. Name, Premium, and Email fields are populated **and saved** in Form C entries,
3. Embedded View receives the `code` parameter and only displays the matching record.
* Return the updated XML to me for import.

**No live site access is required.** I will supply XML exports and field mappings. You can work in your own WordPress/Formidable install and send me the updated export.

**Technical Notes:**

* **Plugin:** Formidable Forms Pro (latest version).
* **Form C (Order Form)** → Form ID **142**.
* **Lookup field:**

* “Linked Quote” – ID **3831** → linked to Form 166, field ID **3817** (Quote ID).
* **Other lookup fields:**

* “Name of Insured” – ID **3827** → Form 166, field ID **3824**
* “Premiums” – ID **3828** → Form 166, field ID **3823**
* “Email Address” – ID **3829** → Form 166, field ID **3825**
* **Embedded View:** HTML field ID **3833** – currently `[display-frm-data id=7582]`, needs to pass parameter `code`.
* **URL parameter name:** `code` – string or number from Form A/B.
* **Expected behaviour:** Visiting `/order-form/?code=XYZ` →

* Auto-selects matching entry in “Linked Quote”,
* Populates and saves Name, Premium, Email into entry,
* View displays only the matching record for that code.
