"I have two copies of the same Android project—one living in a Google Drive folder and the other in a GitHub repository. My immediate goal is to know which codebase is actually the newest. I therefore need a precise, commit-level comparison that clearly shows which version is ahead, what files differ, and any missing assets or configuration changes.

Once the newer codebase has been confirmed, please compile both versions separately in Android Studio (or your preferred Gradle-based workflow) and send me two signed, install-ready APKs so I can run side-by-side tests on a physical device.

Then set up a Localhost for the backend so I can test the whole project.
