"I am creating HourWize, an all-in-one mobile platform that lets restaurants, retail stores, hotels, offices, care homes and clinics handle everything from rotas and GPS clock-ins to payroll, chat and AI-assisted reports. The core features are already mapped out; what I need now is a polished, professional interface that feels effortless on both Android and iOS.

Scope
• Around 45–55 screens covering schedule creation, attendance tracking, leave requests, payroll & payslips, real-time chat/voice/video, AI writing tools and multi-branch switching.
• A flexible colour palette and typography system that can be adapted for different industries. I’m open on the exact scheme, but it must look modern and stay readable in bright back-of-house environments.
• Responsive component library (buttons, cards, modals, tab bars) so future screens can be added without reinventing the wheel.
• Dark-mode ready from day one.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity mock-ups for Android and iOS phone resolutions.
2. Interactive prototype in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD if you prefer) demonstrating key flows: create rota, clock-in, approve leave, run payroll, start a call.
3. Design system file with colours, typography, spacing, icon set and states.
4. Export guidelines for developers (naming, asset sizes, corner radii, shadows).

Acceptance criteria
• Visual language is consistent across all modules.
• Tap targets, font sizes and contrast meet standard mobile accessibility guidelines (WCAG AA).
• Prototype can be handed to developers without ambiguity on padding, breakpoints or component behaviour.

Timeline is flexible for quality, though a first reviewable batch of screens within two weeks would be ideal. If you have experience designing multi-feature business apps, especially anything scheduling- or payroll-related, let’s talk." (client-provided description)
