"I’m building an online hub where chefs, bartenders, hosts—every hospitality pro—can curate a rich digital portfolio while hotels and restaurants source talent in minutes. The site will have two mirrored experiences:

• A Talent side where users enter work experience, list skills and certifications, and upload a photo/video gallery to showcase their craft.
• An Employer side focused on streamlined hiring: posting roles, browsing talent with multi-criteria search and filters (skill, experience level, location, availability), and organising shortlists.

Revenue comes from a tiered subscription model. A Basic free tier gives newcomers essential visibility; a Premium paid tier unlocks advanced features, so recurring billing, upgrades/downgrades, and graceful plan restrictions have to be engineered from the start.

Connection tools must stay native to the platform: an internal messaging system for quick chats, a structured job-application portal with tracking for both parties, and integrated video interviews (WebRTC or similar) for face-to-face screening.
