"I am building a two-sided logistics solution: one portal dedicated to my vetted drivers and independent contractors, and another tailored for shippers.

For the driver side, the core features are straightforward—each driver must see available loads in real time, accept or decline a job, and update progress so that I can track every stop from pickup to delivery. Completed jobs should flow directly into a payment workflow that releases funds automatically once all milestones are confirmed.

On the shipper side, I need an equally smooth experience: shippers place an order, watch it move through every leg of the journey, settle invoices online, and finally leave a rating or written review when the delivery closes. Their feedback should roll back into the driver’s profile to keep quality transparent across the network.

Both portals share one critical integration: secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway connectivity for instant payouts and seamless collections. Other logistics systems can stay separate at this stage; I only require the payment link.

Deliverables
