Small PHP fix on an existing game provider UI.

We have 7 providers integrated into an existing 6-provider UI (2 providers combined under one card).
Currently, when a provider card is clicked, all games (~1,760) load together, causing performance and UX issues.

Task
• Filter games so only the selected provider’s games display
• Ensure combined providers work correctly
• Fix default game icon display

!the api are fully functional do not break them

No new features, no UI redesign, no API changes — just filtering and minor fixes on existing code.
