"I am putting together the first Android MVP for SafeHours, an on-demand security-services marketplace, and I want a developer who is excited about building a company with me rather than simply delivering a paid job.



Here’s the current state of things: I have the product concept, initial wireframes, and a modest cash reserve for essentials, but the core arrangement I’m proposing is an equity-based partnership. If you join, you’ll earn a meaningful stake that grows in value as we validate the idea and raise funding.

Your main focus will be Kotlin development. We’ll connect the app to Firebase for authentication, real-time data, notifications, and basic cloud functions. A straightforward, clean UI is important, but pixel-perfect polish can wait; speed of iteration and stable architecture matter more at this stage.

By the end of our first sprint, I’d like to see a working APK that lets a user create an account, browse available guards, request a booking, and receive confirmation push notifications. From there we can iterate together on feedback, add payment flow, and refine the UX. I’ll handle product direction, partnerships with security providers, and investor outreach—you’ll lead Android engineering decisions and influence the overall technical roadmap.
