"The project brings together four interconnected modules—HR management, task & workflow orchestration, real-time chat, and lead management—into a single, multi-tenant SaaS product delivered through both web and mobile interfaces. The goal is a cohesive experience where employees, managers, and sales teams move seamlessly between HR tasks, project workflows, instant communication, and pipeline tracking without ever leaving the suite.

Core scope
• Architect a scalable, secure back-end that cleanly separates each module yet shares authentication, role-based access, and subscription logic.
• Design responsive web screens and companion mobile views so every feature feels native on desktop browsers and modern iOS/Android devices.
• Implement real-time capabilities (presence, typing indicators, push notifications) for chat and workflow events.
• Expose well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs for future integrations with payroll, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and infrastructure-as-code so new tenants can be provisioned in minutes.

Tech environment
A micro-service stack using Node.js, Go, or Django on the server, PostgreSQL (or similar) for data, Redis / WebSocket layers for live messaging, and either React, Vue, or Angular plus a cross-platform mobile framework like Flutter or React Native on the front end will slot in smoothly with our existing DevOps setup on AWS.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working web portal and companion mobile build covering the MVP flow of each module.
2. Multi-tenant sign-up with secure user provisioning and role management.
3. Real-time chat delivering sub-second message latency in functional tests with 1,000 concurrent users.
4. End-to-end automated deployment from commit to production, including rollback strategy.
5. Clean, commented code repository and API reference delivered in OpenAPI format.
