We are launching a new boutique real estate brand, **Beshay Realty**, and are seeking a **high-end WordPress developer** to build a **premium, fast, and fully integrated real estate website**.

This is **not** a template build and **not** a basic property feed setup.

The website must integrate **directly with REX CRM via API**, automatically syncing all listings, media, and status changes, while maintaining **excellent performance, clean code, and strong SEO foundations**.

Design quality must feel **luxury, modern, and refined**, similar in presence and execution to **The Rubinstein Group (TRG)**, without copying their website.
