"Full-Stack Project Manager
Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Project Manager to lead software development projects across the full technical stack. The role requires strong technical understanding, structured project management, and the ability to align engineering teams with business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications
Technical Background

Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle (frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations).

Ability to read and understand technical documentation and participate in architecture discussions.

Coding experience is a plus, but not required.

Project Management Experience

3–5+ years managing software development projects.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional or hybrid methodologies.

Strong skills in planning, sprint management, timelines, and risk tracking.

PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.

Communication & Stakeholders

Acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Experience managing priorities, scope, and expectations.

Key Competencies

Ability to explain technical trade-offs, e.g. why refactoring may delay a feature release but improve long-term stability.

Experience managing frontend and backend teams simultaneously, including multiple teams.

Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Notion, Git basics, API documentation, and cloud platforms.
