"I have a complete set of educational course videos for a single project and I want them delivered through both a responsive website and an Android app. Think of Udemy, but trimmed down to one course and student-only accounts—no instructor dashboards are required.

Core features I need built and fully tested:
• Secure student registration, login, and profile management
• Streaming video player with progress tracking so learners can pick up where they left off
• Two pricing models: recurring monthly subscription and one-time lifetime access
• Integrated payments via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Direct bank transfer
• Admin area where I can upload/replace videos, update prices, and view basic sales analytics
• Help with signing, bundling, and publishing the Android build to Google Play (store listing, screenshots, release build, etc.)

I’m flexible on the tech stack—use the tools you’re most efficient with (for example, React, [login to view URL], Laravel, Node, Flutter, React Native, or similar), as long as the final product is stable, secure, and straightforward for me to maintain.

Deliverables I’ll use for acceptance:
1. Live website on my domain with SSL, working payments, and all videos uploaded
2. Production-ready Android APK/AAB successfully published to Google Play under my account
3. Admin credentials, source code, and a brief hand-over guide covering deployment and future updates
